All of our meeting rooms are based on-site here on Level 3/349 Coronation Drive, Milton QLD 4064
By Default we have two large meeting rooms which can accommodate 8 persons, a smaller meeting room that can accommodate 4 persons and a boardroom that can accommodate up to 12 at the table or 20 in a theatre style.

We require payment prior to the commencement of the booking with any extra costs (i.e. additional time, printing or catering) requiring payment on departure via credit card.

You do not require notice to book the meeting rooms and can simply walk in and book if required. We do ask that you book in advance so that we can guarantee the availability of a meeting room for your booking.

No – We only have traditional HDMI and VGA cabling in stock at our offices. If you have a device that utilises a propriety connection port (ie Apple or Microsoft Surface Pro), you will be required to bring an adapter of your own with you for the booking.
The spaces can be customised, but only to a limited extent. The boardroom can house a T-Shape, Classroom and Theatre style layout with the capacity of the space dependant on the layout selected (i.e. theatre style holds 20 and the classroom holds 6 to 8).
You are more than welcome to send your equipment to our business centre prior to your meeting and we can set everything up for you.
For Large Equipment please send us the dimensions and a photo of the equipment and your setup instructions so that we can generate you a quote for the storage and setup.
The Milton Business Centre has an onsite Konica Minolta Bizhub A3 office printer. If you need any printing, photocopying or scanning completed on the day of your booking or beforehand, please speak with our staff and they will assist you with this (charges apply).
If you wish to extend the booking, you can do so on the day at our reception desk or over the phone. Please note that this option is subject to availability, however if a room is not available for the extra time you require, we will do our best to locate one that is.
For any major changes such as the cancellation, shortening or rescheduling of a booking we require a notice period of at least 24 hour with notice required via email. Please note that the full cost of the booking will still be required if less than 24 hours is given or if supplied in a form other than email.
