A serviced office is a rented office space which is rented out on a flexible basis rather than on a traditional long term basis. In a serviced office you are renting out a dedicated office suite which is set up to your specifications with all of the furnishings and fit out included at no cost.
We also handle many of the stressful things that may weight down our clients like setting up an internet and phone connection, renting out voip phones, answering calls and sorting mail.
With a serviced office you simply rent out the space and move in then let us handle the rest
You can move into your new office in as little as 24 hours from the lodgement of your enquiry.
We operate our serviced offices under simple two page licence to occupy agreements.
To take up an office:
• Contact us via email or phone and arrange a tour
• Tour our serviced offices facilities and let us know which offices you like best.
• We will supply you with the offices costings and prices for any extras you may require
• We will send you a “company details form” to complete
• We will send through a licence to occupy agreement for the office for you to sign
• Once signed, we will authorise it on our side and forward you a signed copy with an invoice for the security deposit, plus the office rent and other expenses

We offer month-to-month, 3 month, 6 month & 12 month agreements.
We host free network events from time to time, plus Christmas and Melbourne Cup events which are open for all of our clients and their associates to attend.
Yes – Please just notify us in writing that you wish to have this arranged and we will issue you with an invoice for the advanced period.

We do not allow for business names or identification to be placed in our reception foyer. If you wish to have your name displayed, we can arrange to have your name added to the ground floor directory board.
We can offer dedicated car park bays in the secured car park located on the street level of the building on month-to-month arrangements (POA).
We can certainly offer visitor parking for your clients and guests. Please let us know when you have someone coming in and we will schedule you into our undercover visitor bay.
• All Doors in/out of the building as well as the elevators are accessible only via proximity card after outside of business hours
• Both the building and the floor are fit out with 24/7 CCTV cameras
• The floor is outfitted with security doors and proximity card readers
• The serviced office suites are all outfitted with locks that will only respond to their corresponding restricted key
• The building is monitored by security guards outside of business hours
We have our own dedicated fibre-optic cable which supplies the floor with internet speeds of 100/100.
Yes – The office is accessible 24/7 via the use of your proximity card and restricted key.
Your serviced office suite is private and dedicated to your company alone. The only people that will have access to your office are those within your team and the Milton Business Centre’s staff & cleaner.
